How to get Toronto Real Estate Board VOW Credentials - Step by Step Guide. ​

To get the VOW credentials from Toronto Real Estate Board, Login to your MLS.

  1. MLS Services Button: Locate & Click MLS Services button in your TRREB MLS Dashboard. You will redirect to MLS Services page MLS Services Button

  2. Data Agreements: At MLS Services page, locate & click Data Agreements button and it will take you to Data agreements Dashboard. MLS Services Button

  3. Start New Agreement: Locate and click Start New tab on top left corner. Select VOW Data Agreement and hit Continue button at bottom. MLS Agreement Dashboard

  4. Fill Agreement:

    1. On agreement page, read the policy of the agreement. If agree, tick the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT checkbox. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    2. Fill in your Member Information. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    3. In the AVP Info section, choose to get the credentials yourself or send them to us:

      1. Option 1: Select "_SELF" to receive the credentials yourself and provide your name and email. MLS Agreement Dashboard

      2. Option 2: Select “Apsonex Inc.” to send the credentials directly to us. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    4. Scroll down to provide your website URL. For example, if your website is agentname.com then add http://agentname.comMLS Agreement Dashboard

    5. and Accept remaining terms/Policies. Make sure you have read the terms and policies of the VOW feed. When done, hit Send to AVP.

    6. Next, your brokerage will receive email from TREEB to verify you as a member and need to approve.

      TIP

      Contact your brokerage to speed up the approval process.

    7. After your brokerage approval, you’ll receive a link to activate your API credentials. Follow the link to activate your account.

    8. Once activation done, login back to https://syndication.ampre.ca/signin with your credentials. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    9. Click Tokens On left side bar menu, Locate your VOW Feed row, and click the row. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    10. On Next Page, you should see your token information. Click Show Token button and your token will be visible. Note down the token somewhere safe, as you will not see this again. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    11. Missed it? No problem! Click the three dots at the top-right corner of the page, then Delete and Regenerate Token to get a new one. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    12. Also get Web API Endpoint. Click Web API Endpoint MLS Agreement Dashboard

    13. Note down or Copy the Endpoint URL to your clipboard. MLS Agreement Dashboard

    14. Now you must have API key and Web API Endpoint URL. You will use these credentials to access VOW datafeed.
