Provide Access To Proexpert Team Member For DNS Settings

You can follow the instructions to update you Domain DNS settings by yourself.

But in case you need help, our team member can setup DNS settings as required to direct your domain to Proexpert.Site.

To do that you need to provide, DNS settings access.

1. With Namecheap

• Login to you namecheap account

• Go to Dashboard

• Left Menu → Click Domain List. It will show you your domains.

• Locate the domain for which you want to provide an access and click Manage Button

  

• Click Sharing & Transfer Tab

  

• Under Share Access find the input field for New Manager. Add proexpert account manager email as provided to you. and hit ADD button

  

• You will see New Domain Manager Page. Under Manager's Access* Select box and choose Give manager some permissions

  

• Check the Option to provide Change DNS Type & Manage Host Records. You might need to confirm your password and hit Confirm button.

  

  

• Our team member will get the access to manage you DNS Records. You can also remove the access if you desired so.
